How many days in advance do I need to order cakes?
We bake our treats only after orders are placed and confirmed, so our current turnaround time is 3 days from the date of order. We strongly encourage ordering more than 3 days in advance as we close dates once they are fully booked. Contact us directly for any questions or inquiries.
How can I know if my order is confirmed?
If your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email confirmation from us within the day. If you do not receive it (and it's not in your spam mail either), please feel free to get in touch with us to check whether we have received it on our end.
Is the artwork on the cakes exactly as shown in the reference pictures?
As each cake is manually crafted based on the artist's style, there may be slight variations from the reference pictures and from cake to cake.
Are the cake colors safe for my furkid?
We use a range of high-quality, human-grade food colorings to achieve our bright colors. Most of our colors are achieved with vegetable/plant-based powders.
What is the shelf-life of the products?
We recommend consuming our cakes and pupcakes on the day of receiving them for the best aesthetic and cake quality. They can be stored in the chiller for up to 2 days. For leftovers, we suggest cutting them into pieces and storing them in the freezer for up to two weeks. Once defrosted, the portions should be consumed within the same day.
Should I serve the cake chilled or warmed?
Cakes can be eaten both chilled or warmed. If you prefer to warm them up, heat them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds intervals after portioning. Once thawed or heated up, please consume the cakes immediately and avoid storing them for a later time to prevent bacteria growth.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs for dogs and cats?
Yes! Contact us with your furry friend's specific dietary limitations, and we will do our best to provide suitable solutions.
Can I cancel / change my order ?
Once an order is confirmed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any cancellation requests. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. What are the delivery and or collection service available ?
We offer both delivery and self-collection options for your convenience.
Self-collection location:

( available from 1pm to 6pm every day except Monday).
Delivery service:
Standard delivery time slot of 2pm to 5pm (no fixed slots).
**Please note that delivery fees vary depending on your location, and our sales team will contact you to inform you of any additional charges.
What if the cake is damaged upon received ?
We take great care to ensure that your cakes are delivered to you in excellent condition. However, if your cake arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it before accepting it from our shop or driver. If you notice any physical damage, please take pictures and inform our service team immediately.

Pet Treats
When can I expect to receive my order?
After placing your order, please allow us 2-3 days to prepare your items.
- For orders containing only air dried treats, the courier company requires an additional 1-2 working days for delivery. Your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep, and a tracking ID will be provided for you to monitor its status.
- For orders containing fresh meals, we will deliver your order from door to door between 2-5pm.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Please reach out to our service team for assistance and we will investigate the matter for you.
Can I choose to self-collect my order?
Yes, please contact us beforehand to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

How long is the shelf life of your products?
Our dehydrated meat products are best consumed within 3 months before opening. Once opened, they can be stored in the fridge for up to a month.
Do you use any artificial ingredients in your products?
No, we do not. Our products are made without the use of any artificial preservatives, colors or ingredients. Our Bites are made with gluten-free flour.
What if my pet develops an allergy after consuming your treats?
We list all ingredients on our product descriptions, so please double check before making a purchase. If your pet develops symptoms of allergies, please stop giving them our treats immediately.
